"Rory's my name, and construction's my game."

Rory is a construction worker on Club Penguin. He is an orange penguin that always wears a construction jacket and a hard hat, and occassionly orange safety sunglasses. Rory runs a construction crew, and occasionally mops the Pizza Parlor. He could also be Gary's buddy. Rory owns a Snow Trekker. He also built the PSA and EPF Headquarters and created Smoothie Smash.

Howdy! My name is Rory, it's a pleasure to meet y'all. Some of you may recall me from the times I've built and fixed up the PSA/EPF. That's right! The EPF and the PSA were both my handy work, have to say they are two the buildings I'm most proud of.
I guess you could say I'm a member of the EPF, though I don't do missions, I am always out to help agents who need it, whether they realize that or not ;). I'm also not on a particular polar bear's good side! I hope to get a chance to speak with all you agents and civilians! :) See you soon and Waddle On!
